Please bring your own ball with your name on it to practice (for sizes by grade level, see below).

It is important for all the players to stay hydrated at both practices and games. Please make sure your player has enough water for their whole time on the field.

These are a requirement for practices and games.

Grades 3 and up (make sure they are not baseball or football cleats because they have a toe cleat), although turf shoes can also be worn. Cleats are recommended for grades 1 & 2.
